Fernanda Yamaguchi is originally from Brazil. She started her professional dance training at The Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil, where she graduated in 2012. With The Bolshoi Theater School in Brazil she performed in Don Quixote, Giselle, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and the opera Prince Igor. In 2013, Fernanda received a scholarship to The Ailey School, where she studied for three years.

In NYC, Fernanda has performed for The Ailey School, Ballet Theatre Company, Genesis Contemporary Ballet, and for the American Liberty Ballet. She is currently a member of XAOC Contemporary Ballet, Hudson Ballet Theatre, AZOTH Dance Theatre, Exit12, mishiDance and guest artist with Ballet Theater Company.
